Curious about the bike-friendly changes the City of Long Beach has made? We'd love to show them to you. Why not come and take a tour? Please see a visual tour below. Twice a month Charlie Gandy takes city officials, staff, and interested citizens from around the South Land (and from even farther away!) on an easy eight mile loop of Long Beach's innovative bike infrastructure. You'll see the separated bike lanes, the green "sharrows," the bike-friendly business districts, some of Long Beach's beautiful historic neighborhoods and more. Please click here for all details.

Journalists are welcome! In collaboration with Women On Bikes SoCal Charlie is now offering special themed bike tours as well. Please call us at (562) 612-0197 or email wobsocal@gmail.com for more details. Groups can be up to 20 at a time. Tours are usually scheduled for Fridays and reservations must be made in advance.

There is no fee for the basic tour, prices for themed tours depend on length and focus. If you do not have a bike there are a limited number available via the City and more that can be rented at Bikestation.
